Rector Search

Inspired by — or in spite of — the ever-present change brought on us all by the pandemic, the people of Saint Mark’s have joyfully embraced the process of selecting a new Rector.

We have welcomed our interim Rector and made him feel at home, even as we have actively engaged in the parish survey and focus groups to help guide the process.

A diverse search committee is moving steadily through the transition process; committee members are grateful for the chance to serve Saint Mark’s as it goes through this rite of passage experienced by all parishes.

With God’s guidance we look forward to what’s in store next for Saint Mark’s as we seek to live out our mission as part of the body of Christ.

— Elizabeth Anstaett, Rector Search Committee Chair

— Scott Milburn, Vice Chair

We seek to support and empower one another to reach out as the hands, heart and voice of Christ, responding as stewards of life’s gifts.

We look forward to the opportunity to rethink and redefine our mission in ways that interweave who we are now with who we can be….
