Children’s Formation begins at 10:30 in the children’s formation area. 

Children from age 4 through first grade participate in the Godly Play program. Godly Play is a Montessori style program.  It starts with the telling of a story along with some exploration questions and then the children are invited to explore the story in ways that appeal to them. 

Children from second grade through fifth grade participate in the Children’s Chapel program. 

All children return to the service around the time of the peace.

Children’s Formation programs generally do not meet on the first Sunday of the month, because that is when the Canterbury Choir sings.   We also take a break during the summer.

The Christmas pageant is the center of the service at 5:00 p.m. on Christmas Eve with non-speaking parts for children of a variety of ages.  

We also have an Easter Egg hunt between the two services on Easter Sunday.
