As Saint Mark’s Episcopal Church celebrated its 75th anniversary, we embarked on an exciting capital campaign, Building the Vision. 

We raised nearly 1.7 million dollars to address many issues of deferred maintenance in our buildings and campus.

This initiative focused on three pillars: enhancing our congregation’s spaces, fostering deeper relationships, and maintaining our iconic building. Key projects include repairing the bell tower, upgrading kitchen and bathroom facilities, and modernizing our HVAC systems. Your support will help us preserve our legacy and build a welcoming, sustainable, and thriving Saint Mark’s for generations to come.

In 2026 we took on the first priority projects of the campaign

• We replaced all the HVAC systems in the main church building.
• We repaired our iconic Bell Tower, eliminating leaks from around the edges of each panel.
• We installed a heating system in the gutters of the main church building, which should greatly reduce or eliminate ice dams
• By the end of 2026 we will have replaced the roof of the education building, eliminating leaks in the choir room and youth room.

In 2027 we will work on the second priority projects

• Renovating all of the bathrooms on the campus.
• Replacing and enhancing the lighting in the parish hall.  We can no longer get light bulbs for some of the fixtures.
• Replacing the deteriorating wall between the Memorial and wildflower gardens.
• Replacing the flooring in the nursery and children’s formation areas.
